Service Description
Your first visit is a chance to slow down and reconnect. This 75-minute session begins with a short wellness consultation to discuss your goals, tension patterns, and any areas of concern. You’ll then receive a customized therapeutic massage using a blend of relaxing and restorative techniques, aromatherapy, different options for tools(hot stones &/or cups) and grounding touch to help your body unwind. This session is ideal for new clients who want to experience the Sonoran Massage & Wellness approach before beginning regular care. Includes initial consultation, tailored massage, optional add ons, aromatherapy, and aftercare recommendations.
Cancellation Policy
At Sonoran Massage & Wellness, my goal is to provide each client with a relaxing and professional experience while maintaining a smooth schedule that respects everyone’s time. Please review the following policies before booking: 1. Booking Appointments All sessions are by appointment only. Appointments may be scheduled online, by phone, or directly with your practitioner. A credit card or deposit may be required to secure your appointment. New clients must complete a Client Intake Form and Liability Waiver prior to their first session. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the service fee. No-shows (failing to attend your scheduled appointment without notice) will be charged 100% of the service fee. Exceptions may be made for emergencies or sudden illness, at the discretion of the practitioner. 3. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time to respect the next client. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be considered a no-show, and fees may apply. 4. Illness Policy For the health and safety of all clients and staff: Please do not attend your session if you are feeling unwell or have symptoms of illness (fever, cough, sore throat, congestion, body aches, nausea, etc.). If you develop symptoms before your appointment, contact me immediately to reschedule — no penalty will apply in cases of illness when notice is given. The practitioner reserves the right to refuse service if symptoms are present. 5. Payments Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. Accepted forms of payment: cash, credit/debit, Venmo, or other approved digital payments. Packages, memberships, and promotions are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person with prior approval. 6. Professional Boundaries Sonoran Massage & Wellness provides strictly professional therapeutic services. Any inappropriate behavior, language, or requests will result in immediate termination of the session and full payment will still be required. 7. Communication Appointment confirmations and reminders are sent via email or text. Please ensure your contact information is up-to-date to receive updates. 8. Agreement By scheduling an appointment with Sonoran Massage & Wellness, LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by this Policy.
